1. General provisions.

These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “We”) when you purchase goods in the e-shop (“www.mamute-accessories.com").

2. The moment of concluding the purchase-sale agreement.

2.1. The agreement between you and Us is considered concluded from the moment you click on the "Order" button in the e-shop, after creating a shopping cart, indicating the delivery address, choosing the payment method and getting acquainted with our rules.

2.2. The contract comes into force when We receive your payment for the goods within 3 (three) working days and are valid until the full delivery of the goods.

2.3. Every contract concluded between Us and you is stored in the e-shop.

2.4. E-mailed and printed order mail is a pre-invoice by which payment is made.

3. Your rights:

3.1. You have the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with these rules and the e-shop.

3.2. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement with the e-shop, unless the agreement is concluded for:

3.2.1. participation in games or lotteries;

3.2.2. in other cases, when the purchase and sale agreement cannot be withdrawn, in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

4. You undertake:

4.1. You must pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days of placing the order, and accept them, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2. If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must update it immediately.

4.3. By using the e-shop, you agree to these purchase and sale rules and must comply with them.

5. Our rights:

5.1. If the Buyer tries to impair the operation or stable operation of the e-shop, We may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend the use of the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.

5.2. In case of important circumstances, we may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the e-shop without notifying you in advance.

5.3. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.

6. We undertake:

6.1. To create all conditions for you to properly use the services provided by the e-shop.

6.2. Deliver the goods ordered by you to the address specified by you and within the agreed delivery period.

6.3. In case of important circumstances, if we are unable to deliver the ordered product to you, we undertake to offer you a similar product, and if you refuse to accept the analogue of the product, return the money paid to you within 72 hours.

7. Delivery of goods:

7.1. The goods are delivered by We or Our authorized representative.

7.2. During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the shipment together with Us or Our authorized representative.

7.3. When you sign the Invoice or delivery document of the shipment, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered.

7.4. If you notice a violation of the shipment, you must not accept the shipment and mark this on the consignment note. When you accept the goods and sign the consignment note without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in order.

8. Return Policy
8.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase. The return guarantee does not apply to the goods made individually for the order of the Buyer.

8.2. The following conditions must be met when returning the goods to the buyer:

8.2.1. the returned goods must be in the original packaging;

8.2.2. the product must be intact;

8.2.3. the product must not have been used, has not lost its commercial appearance (undamaged and torn markings, the product label and / or certificate affixed by the testing chamber has not been torn off, international certificates, if any, have been provided, etc.);

8.2.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as received by the buyer;

8.2.5. the invoice or order number must be indicated when returning the goods.

8.3. The seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the buyer if the buyer does not follow the return procedure set out in this article or if the returned goods do not meet the set return requirements. Used, modified, replaced or damaged goods will not be accepted for return. The goods will also not be accepted for return if the buyer does not have an invoice, the packaging is damaged, parts of the packaging or accessories delivered with the goods are missing. In the event that the original quality certificate is missing, the label of the goods is damaged or torn, the seller reserves the right not to accept such goods for return.

8.4. Goods that have been personalized, i.e. engraved, resized or clasp made to individual order, etc., cannot be returned.

8.5. When returning goods of suitable quality, the Buyer pays the cost of returning the goods. Returned goods must be sent by registered mail and fully insured during transportation in an amount not less than the purchase value of the goods. The Customer assumes responsibility for the transportation of the returned goods.

8.6. No refunds will be given for work done or goods purchased up to £ 50 (fifty pounds).

8.7. The money is refunded when the seller inspects the returned product and makes sure that the product is undamaged and meets the return conditions. In all cases, the money for the returned goods is returned within 10 (ten) working days and only to the payer.

8.8. Refunds will be made in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Kingdom Government Online and distance selling policies.

9. Liability.

9.1. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, We will not be liable for any consequences.

9.2. You are responsible for the actions taken using the e-shop.

9.3. You are responsible for passing the identification code to third parties. If third parties use your identification code, you are responsible for the actions taken by the third party.

10. Sending information.

10.1. We will send all notifications to the email address provided on your registration form.

10.2. You send all notifications and questions by the means specified in the "Contacts" section of our e-shop.

11. Protection of personal data.

11.1. Any information that is related to personal data is subject to the Seller's personal data protection policy, which is regulated by the relevant Legislation of the United Kingdom and is implemented in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

11.2. The Seller does not transfer (except in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the United Kingdom) the Buyer's personal data to third parties except for persons contributing to the execution of the order, for whom this data is necessary for successful order execution (eg postal couriers).

12. Final provisions.

12.1. Dissemination of any e-store information without the written consent of the Seller is prohibited.

12.2. The law of the United Kingdom applies to these rules.

12.3. Any disagreement arising from the implementation of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the United Kingdom.
